On a daily basis more and more companies of different sizes and in different industries are discovering and adopting agile practices and this comes with a different set of challenges. For some the challenges are about maintaining speed while scaling. Other companies struggle with simplifying their architecture that is slowing them down or that is impeding the roll out of agile teams. And some companies struggle with making innovation happen. This is where this Slack team comes into the picture.

We created this Slack team to help current or aspiring coaches across industries, companies, and the world to help each other out. Some companies have rich knowledge sharing groups and support networks and that’s great, but many companies do not and being on your own can be very difficult and feel lonely. With this Slack team we hope that people in different industries and companies can meet to share knowledge, and help and inspire each other.
